April 7th and I stumble upon a video

At first when I was told my group was going to be "flipping houses" as a company and focusing on this idea, I was a tad sceptical. Honestly, I have heard of people flipping houses and making money, but I could never see myself working for a company or doing this. You'd think the labor in would be more exoensive than the profit you'd recieve out of it. I have compiled a list of the top 5 reasons you should flip a house.

  1. Profit, profit, profit! $$
    1. Think about this as an investment worth making. Buy a house for $20K and then turn around and sell it for $150K. The labor in DOES produce the labor out and honestly, if you want to make a huge profit without working in an office, this career choice is perfect for you.
  2. Second home!
    1. Maybe you're a tad greedy and that's perfectly okay! Find a cheap, ran down house on the beach and you're set. Remodel the house and rent it during the times you wish to not be there and utalize your new space when you are there. It's the perfect match. You're making money and you're having a second home!
  3. For fun!
    1. Maybe you and your buddies need a reason to be "manly" then this is it. You can show your manly side AND make a living or a small profit from this. No need to hire an electrician or a plumber, that's what duct tape is for!
  4. Raise the value of the neighborhood!
    1. If you live in a neghiborhood where there is one house that is lowering your house's value, buy it and fix it up! You can turn around and sellt he house for profit and you'll be raising your home's value so when you go to sell, you can more!
  5. Accomplishment!
    1. You accomplish something HUGE when you flip a house. It's not a small DIY project you have going on in your basement. This is huge. You took a house that was in shambles and you've created a masterpiece!
So there you have it. Maybe my mind is made up. I current have nothing to my name but maybe when I create some sort of fluffly savings account, I, myself, will start creating homes from nothing but garbage. You never know what you'll find until you start researching! I advocate for flipping homes, if you have the money, and the time. DO IT! I promise you, you won't regret it.
